a week of one day’s sunset — day 1

i promise they’ll all be different. this is looking northwest toward the palos verde peninsula.

crazy weather in a crazy world. our wind ‘event’ has sucked the humidity out of the air–everything is paper-dry, it’s hard to breathe and all communities are on high alert for fires. (btw, talking about the weather is an acceptable social device when you have nothing else to say.) how ’bout those giants? (sports also falls into the same category as weather.)

to my friends on the east coast: i hope you’ll ‘weather’ the storm without too much inconvenience. stay dry and warm!
