azalea, rose(s), lily (the best intentions)

i set out to do one thing

and end up doing something else entirely.

i go back to the original object of my attention

and find that i didn’t need to do anything with it in the first place.

Lists are wasted on me and yet without them i would be lost (or so i tell myself.)
